Improvements.

I have been feeling generally, well, pretty good. Adderall is making a big difference in my life. I have energy and motivation to actually do things, my general mood is always on the good side. You can view what I mean on my PLM profile. (Link located on the right.) Things are looking up.

I got a new phone! An HTC HD 2. My dad bought it for me as an early Christmas gift. It's an amazing phone. Kelly said "I wish I had a cool phone." I had to remind her for the longest time her phone was cool compared to mine. I've never really had a prize phone before, something I can show off. And, unfortunately, I do show it off. I'm sure I'll get over it once everyone I know has seen it. Haha.

I'm going on vacation for a few days coming up. We're leaving Wednesday and coming back Friday. We're going to Michigan Adventure over by Muskegon and we'll be staying in a little cabin on a campsite. It's really cheap and it should be lots of fun. Maybe we'll build a fire one night if we can. We'll see. The whole trip is only going to cost about $200 for Chris and I together, which is great.

I've been losing weight recently. About 5 pounds so far. It's probably the Adderall helping me out. I don't really eat less, but I'm more active now, so that probably does it. I guess I should wait to buy pants.

One of my paintings was at an art show on Friday. Here is a picture of it, and of the framing:
It's a recreation of "The Persistence of Memory (Soft Watches)" by Salvador Dali.  I hope you guys like it.  I spent a lot of time on it getting all the colors exactly correct so that the illusion works.

I also got an A- on my paper about cigarettes and schizophrenia.  I got the minus because I made a couple of errors in my citings.  The paper itself was an A, which I'm glad because he said 4 pages and I barely made it to 4 on that one.  He didn't comment at all on the length, which is good.  I'm proud of that paper.

I spent a good part of yesterday making a cake with Kelly, Becca, and Chris.
(Enjoying the frosting)

It was for Tim's belated birthday.  It was chocolate chiffon with a almond butter cream frosting.  It was made hard core, measuring every ingredient by weight instead of in, say, "cups", or "teaspoons."  The frosting was made with a homemade almond paste we ground ourselves.  The cake was very good despite the fact that I don't like chocolate cake.  But the cake wasn't for me, so.
Now I can take all kinds of pictures with my phone!  It's nice.  I can post them to Facebook or Twitter respectively.  I will thoroughly enjoy that.  Expect more photos on this now.

That's it!  Have a nice day everyone.
